Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the purchase of credits or any other services offered by  Kalpraj Solutions (OPC) Private Limited ("Backlink Base," "Company," "we," "us," and "our"). By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below. This Policy is intended to clearly define the conditions under which refunds may be issued and protect the Company from liability arising from misuse or misunderstanding of its services.

1. Non-Refundable Credits

All purchases of credits are final, except as expressly provided in this Policy. Once any credits have been used, in whole or in part, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

"Used" credits are defined as credits that have been applied towards any services, reports, or features within the platform, whether fully consumed or partially utilized.

2. Refund Eligibility for Unused Credits

You are only eligible for a refund if you meet all of the following conditions:

• The purchased credits have not been used, in whole or in part, for any service provided by the Company.
• You must request the refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If the credits are unused and the request is made within the specified time frame, the Company, at its sole discretion, may approve the refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to support@backlinkbase.com or through the designated support portal, providing the following information:

• Full name and account details.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., transaction ID, invoice).
• Confirmation that no credits have been used.

The Company will review all refund requests within 8 business days and provide a determination on eligibility. If your refund request is denied, that decision will be final and not subject to further review.

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

You are not eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• Used Credits: Once credits have been used, even partially, no refund will be issued.
• Promotions and Discounts: Credits purchased during promotions, sales, or using discount codes are non-refundable.
• Violations of Terms of Service: If your account is terminated or suspended due to a breach of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to any refund for any remaining credits or services.
• Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for changes of mind after the purchase of credits or subscriptions, except as provided by applicable law.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider is considered a violation of this Policy. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account, revoke any remaining credits, and pursue legal remedies to recover any costs associated with the dispute.

6. Modifications to the Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the purchase or use of credits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
